John Winton
John is an engaging and devoted leader who has dedicated his professional career to helping young adults find their way in the world. John studied therapeutic recreation in college before spending many years as a wilderness guide and lead instructor.
John is proud to be the director of Echo Springs where he tirelessly inspires the faculty and interacts with the students on a regular basis. John is also a talented musician and passionate athlete.
Chelsea Dickinson
Chelsea believes in the power of authentic connection, innovative thinking, and supportive relationships. In her role as the Director of Business Development and Admissions, her focus is to fully support the young adults, families, and professionals who are seeking the unique solutions that Echo provides.
Chelsea weaves together her extensive experience in business development, leadership, and life coaching to help faculty, students, and families to navigate each unique journey to a thriving adulthood.
Demi Thatcher
At Echo Springs Demi serves as a Program Manager. Born and raised in Utah, she has lived in Ogden for the last 10 years. She has worked with adolescents as a youth mentor for 5 years prior to joining Echo Springs.
Demi grew up in an outdoorsy family, and she is passionate about activities such as climbing, snowboarding, fly fishing, camping and backpacking.
Darian Peterson
Darian was born and raised in Northern Utah, where she has always loved being surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and the ever changing seasons, especially autumn.

Darian has deep interests in psychology, nature, and working with and helping people and animals. She loves the to ability to incorporate these passions within her career.

Sydney George
Sydney was born and raised in Utah and loves the beautiful scenery and opportunities it provides. Her passions include relationships with people and mental health awareness. She is currently studying psychology/social work with the goal to become a licensed therapist.

She has enjoyed working with the adolescents at her church for 3 years so far, and has been part of the Echo Springs staff since 2022. She enjoys getting to know each of the students in the program and hearing their passions and dreams.
Chris Ankney
Chris is incredibly passionate about working with young adults. He brings a lot of humor and wisdom to his role as Director of Operations. His multifaceted background includes educational degrees in sustainable business and political science, a stint in the Marines, and a number of years as a wilderness therapy guide.
Chris is also a passionate traveler who has explored many parts of the world, and a serious mountain biker and runner.
Bryan Shores, CMHC, NCC
At Echo Springs, Bryan serves as Clinical Director providing personalized therapeutic guidance for each student along with their family.
Bryan has extensive experience in both residential treatment and private practice. He brings a relational, strengths-based approach to guiding young adults and their families through complex mental health challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care.

Miyah Turgeon
Miyah serves as a Coach/Mentor at Echo Springs alongside continuing her studies at Weber State. She brings to her role 12+ years of experience in this field ranging from Special Ed Preschool to adult life-coaching and mentorship.

Miyah loves that her work requires her to do something different every day while making lasting connections and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Jordan Musgrave,
MSN, FNP-C, PMHNC-C
Jordan initially practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner but quickly discovered her passion for mental health and wellness. As a result, she chose to further her education to enhance her expertise in psychiatric mental health and has transitioned to primarily practicing in this field.

Jordan has been helping the students at Echo Springs manage their medications since 2022.
